Describe your job at Trapp Technology.
I am the person behind Trapp Technology’s online marketing presence, including blogging, video marketing, email marketing, social media, and beyond.

What are you most passionate about professionally?
Today’s customer service is totally different from where it was even just five years ago. Now, if a client has a question, issue, or wants to connect with a brand or company, they head to Twitter, Facebook, or other social media channel. I love being able to connect with our clients and partners almost instantaneously.

What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for?
I got my start as a blogger, and I love to speak my mind. I’d say I have a knack for bridging the gap between clients and companies, and conveying a message through social media.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?
I’ve completed two half marathons, so you’re likely to find me running or training. I like spending time with my husband and kids, even if it means just lounging around the house together.

Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in South Texas — Corpus Christi, to be exact. I’ve always joked that I must have been born in the wrong place because I dislike seafood and spicy food. I’m a Texan at heart, though, and will always have a soft spot for the Lone Star State.

How long have you been doing what you do?
I’ve been managing the online presence and creative marketing for brands for three years.

What would be impossible for you to give up?
Much to the dismay of my husband, I’m kind of an iPhone addict. I would have a hard time giving up my ability to access anything from anywhere!

What’s your favorite childhood memory?
I loved spending holidays at my grandmother’s house. I grew up living just one door away from my grandparents, and we would spend a lot of time with them. I vividly remember decorating Christmas cookies and searching for cascarones (confetti eggs) in her backyard at Easter time.

What’s your favorite movie?
So tough! I’m definitely a Disney/Pixar fan, but I’d probably say that A League of Their Own is my favorite movie. I don’t even play or watch baseball, but I love that film!

What was your very first job and would you do it again if you had to?
When I was in fourth grade, my dad started a snowcone concession business. I remember our very first event being absolutely insane. We made so many snowcones that I’m pretty sure my hands went numb. My family still owns the business to this day, and I would absolutely work there again — maybe just for an event or two ;).

Have you ever been told you look like someone famous?
When I was younger (and before she kind of went nuts), I’d occasionally have people tell me that I resembled Lindsay Lohan. I think it’s just the freckles!

How do you want to be remembered?
I want to be remembered as someone who had a lot of fun, and who worked hard to accomplish great things.
