Describe your job at Trapp Technology.
I oversee the technical support department with the goal of strategically planning the team’s growth.

How do you describe what you do for a living to your friends?
My friends are tech savvy, so I tell them I’m in charge of a call center for a SaaS provider.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A motorcycle racer.

If you could trade places with any famous person, living or dead, who would it be and why?
Richard Branson, because he just does it all. He’s the epitome of living life.

What’s the last book you read in its entirety?
Strengths Finder.

What is your favorite sport to watch? To play?
Favorite one to watch is football; I’m a 49ers fan. To play, I like anything with a motor. Driving home is a sport to me!

What’s your ideal travel destination?
Kopipi. It’s an island off of Thailand that was used in the film “The Beach.” I’ve been to Thailand, but not Kopipi. I’ve visited 17 countries so far.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?
Toby Keith’s in Mesa or at a friends house having a BBQ.

Do you do any volunteer work?
I used to do work for Wounded Warrior. I was a driver, transporting people to appointments.

Have you ever been told that you look like someone famous?
Yes, Jim Carrey. Probably because I make a lot of faces.

Where did you grow up? What do you love about it?
I grew up in the Bay Area. I loved that it was the technology center of the world in the 80s and 90s, and everything was coming from Silicon Valley. It exposed me to a lot of opportunity — I mean, I was building computers at 11.

What could you not get through the day without?
Probably my cell phone. It’s just the connectivity, and being able to be in touch with all my friends. The only app I’m ashamed to ‘fess up to is Candy Crush.

What’s your favorite childhood memory?
Building houses with my dad. He owns a construction company so I started helping him out when I was 7 or 8.

What characteristics do you admire in others?
Honesty and imagination.

What is your favorite movie?
I’m not a fan of the actor who’s in it, but Shawshank Redemption.

How do you want to be remembered?
Hopefully as a good father, should I ever have kids.

What has been your proudest moment thus far with Trapp Technology?
Honestly, just being able to become part of the team. This is the career and industry that I’ve had my sights on since I was in my first call center, so I’m excited to be here.

What are you most passionate about professionally?
Overachieving, meeting and passing goals, and blowing all expectations out of the water.

What do you think sets Trapp Technology apart from the competition?
The people, hands down.
