Autumn Letter from CEO, David Trapp
Fall has finally arrived here in Scottsdale, and we’re enjoying the gorgeous weather! After a long, hot summer, we deserve a little break — after all, our winters are our bragging season here in Arizona!
As per usual, we’ve been traveling quite a bit to various industry-specific conferences. This week, Reed will be presenting an educational track at the 2013 BuilderMT Client Conference in Denver, Colorado. A week later, we’ll be in attendance at the final TOPS User Conference of the year in Orlando, Florida. After a busy year of travel, we’re looking forward to winding down our schedules for 2013.
I’m proud to announce that we have new talent joining the Trapp Technology team! We recently welcomed Vin, a new level II technician who brings an immense amount of skill and experience to our team. We also brought DJ Jones on board as our new Director of Marketing. DJ will be automating and expanding our strategic partner program, as well as identifying and rolling out our cloud application hosting to new verticals.
We are continuing our commitment to customer service, and will be implementing a new ticketing system in the coming weeks to ensure all support issues are resolved in the most timely and complete manner.
I encourage you to check out the new community section of the Trapp Technology website! We have a lot of exciting things going on over there. Most notably, Trapp Technology is rolling out nationwide services through zColo data centers, as well as supplying blended bandwidth to the newest data center in Chandler, Arizona.
