Trapp Technology Readies New Office Building as Company Continues Rapid Expansion

Arizona IT solutions company begins renovations on 14,000 sq. ft. Scottsdale building to accommodate growing employee roster

Scottsdale-based Trapp Technology—a provider of IT, Internet, VoIP, and cloud hosting solutions—is making the necessary preparations on a Scottsdale Airpark commercial building to serve as the company’s new center of operations. With an anticipated move-in date slated for early 2016, the newly renovated office space will provide ample space for new employees and equipment, as well as consolidate Trapp Technology’s corporate and technical service operations to fit under one roof.

Twice recognized as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. 500 (#294 in 2014; #396 in 2015), Trapp Technology’s impressive 1,187% growth in the last year alone has left its current offices with little to no room to breathe. With only 5,300 square feet of office space shared between Trapp Technology employees currently, the decision to move to a more capable location has come at a pivotal moment for the company.

“The Trapp Technology family grew to 43 employees in 2014 and we’re continuing to add new employees and services at an equally staggering rate this year. We simply need more space,” says David Trapp, CEO of Trapp Technology. “This incredible growth is marking our success as a leading IT solutions company, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome our employees with the room and team cohesiveness they need to expand that success even further.”

More recently, the acquisition of two separate IT companies earlier this year has extended Trapp Technology’s pattern of growth even further by bringing in a handful of new employees to the company and by adding new solutions to their IT portfolio. Now able to offer hosted virtual desktop solutions and managed Mac services, Trapp Technology acknowledges the added solutions from the acquired companies will surely help accelerate the growth of the company.

“We’ve established an incredible momentum here and we’re only picking up speed,” continues Trapp. “Our growing list of expert solutions and services is widening our customer base, and we need the highly capable individuals to satisfy and exceed the customer demand more than ever. Our employees are the reason Trapp Technology leads the way in the IT solutions industry, and we need a building as capable as they are.”

Once moved, Trapp Technology will maintain its status as a Scottsdale-based company—further securing its position as a major beacon in the greater-Phoenix area’s growing tech service market.

It should also be noted that business and/or service will not be negatively affected during the coming transition. For more information on the new office, new services, or other Trapp Technology information, please contact Ashley Capps at acapps@trapptechnology.com.
