More than ever, we know that Trapp Technology’s employees are a huge part of the reason we are so successful as a company. Every quarter, we give two awards to employees who go above and beyond their job duties, and who have a vision for the future of Trapp Technology.
The Chairman’s Award
The Chairman Award is determined by the executive team and based off of employee nominations. The winner of this award will be someone who has done the most to move the company forward, and who exudes the Trapp Technology company culture. One person will wins this award each quarter.
