The data residing on the Customer's cloud server will be permanently deleted at 11:59 PM MST on the the Requested Date for Cancellation that is provided by the Customer. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to capture a backup of any necessary software files prior to this date. If the Customer requires more time to capture a backup of their cloud data, the Customer should adjust their Requested Date of Cancellation that appears on page one of this form.

By checking this box, you accept and acknowledge that Trapp Technology will NOT conduct a backup of your software files prior to deletion, and that it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to conduct a backup by 11:59 PM MST on the Requested Date for Cancellation that has been provided by the Customer on the first page of the Service Cancellation form.
