Trapp’s successful solutions landed the company on the 2014 and 2015 Inc. 500 list, debuting at #294 nationally, with 1554% growth over three years. Awarded for his job growth creation, David is passionate about surrounding himself with ‘giants’ and being an uplifting leader.

Katie Yokose

Chief Administrative Officer

Katie has been with Trapp Technology since 2014, bringing with her a background in banking, leadership, and business development. She relies heavily on her skills in decision making, ensuring that the best needs of the company are incorporated into winning strategies.

Over the last 15 years, Katie’s experience has been geared toward nurturing and supporting employees to discover and utilize their core strengths, and she continues to be especially passionate about optimizing work place environments that foster a strong sense of community and employee effectiveness.

Davidson leads Trapp’s professional and managed service practice implementing both strategic and tactical solutions for Trapp and its clients. Davidson brings a uniquely qualified skill set to his role that is unparalleled in this space including certifications in MBCP, CISSP and project management methodologies such as SDLC and PMLC.

Ashley Capps

Interim Chief Revenue Officer

Ashley Capps, Interim Chief Revenue Officer at Trapp Technology and ArmorPoint, is an award-winning B2B marketing executive with a decade of experience in driving growth for enterprise-level SaaS, cybersecurity, and technology managed services brands. Named to the Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 List in 2022, Ashley is especially skilled at shaping product roadmaps for high-growth organizations as they move into a technologically advanced future. With extensive knowledge of the IT managed services industry, she crafts and executes custom growth strategies across business operations, brand building, and omnichannel sales. Ashley is an advisory board member of One Community AZ, a coalition of businesses, organizations and individuals with a shared mission of advancing diversity, inclusion, and equality for all Arizonans.

Jacob Johnson

Chief Information Security Officer

With 13 years of experience in Network Engineering, Jacob Johnson has led the design and implementation of numerous enterprise solutions for both civilian and military capabilities. Jacob is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) with in-depth knowledge of network technologies and the proven ability of enforcing infrastructure security policies, evaluating vulnerabilities, and implementing remediation and safeguards. With his role, Jacob manages Trapp Technology’s security services suite, with an increased focus on providing cyber security assessments and security managed services for mid-market to enterprise-level businesses.

Beth Steddum

Chief People Officer

With 15 years of Human Resource experience, Beth Steddum has founded and developed the HR department at Trapp Technology. Beth operates as a key business partner with the executive management teams to develop and strategize company wide goals. Her extensive experience in the field of HR includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational and people development. Beth is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and equitable work environment that fosters employee growth and recognition. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at local community events and spending time with her family. Beth most recently served as a Mentorship Board Member of Girls in Tech Phoenix, a global nonprofit focused on advancing women in technology and providing them with a platform for growth.

Barry Fivelson

In his 15 years’ experience in the technology industry, Barry Fivelson has architected enterprise-level communications platforms for organizations ranging in size and complexity.
