Steps To Moving Your Software on the Cloud

So you’ve read all about how we’re going to build you a beautifully secure cloud, and how it’s going to boost your efficiency with the cloud’s multi-location access. You’re looking for the same level of security that large corporations utilize. If you’re ready to take the next step, we’re excited to be a part of it!

Getting started on the cloud

First, you’ll need to head over to our free trial page and select your software to get started. Fill out the necessary forms, and we’ll get you started on your 30 day free trial!

Step 1: Company Info: Your company name and main contact info

Step 2: You may provide a free login for an external financial professional such as an accountant, bookkeeper, or CPA (optional)

Step 3: Your software info, year, version, license # and product ID

Step 4: Any third-party applications you would also like hosted (Microsoft Office, Dropbox, QuickBooks Plugins, etc.)

Step 5: List of your users. Once you have filled out their name, email address and OS, please click the “+” sign to add more users.

Step 6: Agree to the Service Level Agreement

What’s next?

Once we receive this info and get it to our tech team, you will receive a conformation email with instructions on how to send us a backup copy of your software data through our My File Sender program. Our techs will build your server and contact you once everything is set up and help you get logged in for the first time.
