After developing the company’s cloud application hosting in 2007, Trapp’s focus moved toward enterprise-level IT services and Unified Communications for businesses. Trapp’s successful solutions landed the company on the 2014 and 2015 Inc. 500 list, debuting at #294 nationally, with 1554% growth over three years. Awarded for his job growth creation, David is passionate about surrounding himself with ‘giants’ and being an uplifting leader.

Josh Weidman

Chief Technology Officer

As a ten-year veteran of the networking and data center industry, Josh has been dedicated to gaining a deep understanding of infrastructure operations and delivery components in an SaaS environment. Weidman leads a team of engineers in the conception and implementation of complex, yet customized network infrastructure environments for mid-market to enterprise-level businesses, including Trapp Technology. As employee number one of Trapp Technology, Weidman built the company’s robust infrastructure from the ground up and continues to lead the company’s breakthrough innovation.

With over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field, Larry Bua is a seasoned expert in enterprise-level IT operations and service delivery. Throughout his career, Larry has led numerous global organizations in the development of IT strategy, tactical implementations, and integration of IT platforms to deliver top-quality service to both end users and key stakeholders. Specializing in IT governance, executive strategy development, and technology operations management including mergers and acquisitions, Larry develops and implements business roadmaps that leverage proven practices and innovative technology to help organizations achieve their business goals.

Jacob Johnson

Chief Information Security Officer

With 13 years of experience in Network Engineering, Jacob Johnson has led the design and implementation of numerous enterprise solutions for both civilian and military capabilities. Jacob is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) with in-depth knowledge of network technologies and the proven ability of enforcing infrastructure security policies, evaluating vulnerabilities, and implementing remediation and safeguards. With his role, Jacob manages Trapp Technology’s security services suite, with an increased focus on providing cyber security assessments and security managed services for mid-market to enterprise-level businesses.

Paige Insalaco

Chief Financial Officer

Paige Insalaco, CPA is an accounting executive who relies on her leadership expertise and financial management acumen to steer organizations toward fiscal growth. Paige’s diverse career includes management- and executive-level positions across the hospitality, real estate development, and technology industries. Paige excels in managing ERP system implementations and developing policies and procedures to ensure appropriate controls over company resources. Paige was the founding Chairperson the Women’s Interest Network (“WIN”) which focuses on mentoring, sponsoring and developing women at all levels to realize their full career potential. She also founded a Toastmasters chapter to help her colleagues improve their communication and leadership skills.

Jay is a 10-year veteran of sales and marketing in the IT services industry with expertise in marketing automation and lead generation. Having successfully designed and implemented inside sales operations from the ground up, Jay’s proven lead generation strategies are now the backbone of Trapp Technology’s growth efforts. Jay relies on his 5 years of sales and marketing management experience to support Trapp Technology’s aggressive growth strategy, bringing his data and analytics-based decision making to turn Trapp Technology’s marketing efforts into a predictable, machine-like operation.

John Thomas

John Thomas is a customer-focused sales leader who equips his teams with the tools necessary to build solutions that both fit the customers’ needs and deliver unmatched value. An alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh majoring in psychology and communications, John’s implemented his activity-based sales strategy over his 30 years of experience, resulting in increased revenue, improved efficiency, and elevated customer retention rates for companies spanning the data center, networking, and technology industries. John’s leadership of high-performance teams is driven by his methodical, metric-based approach to working leads through the sales cycle, producing consistent revenue forecasts month over month.
